Dining at Craigadam

Your host Celia specialises in game cooking (with much of the ingredients served sourced directly from the estate itself) and dinners at Craigadam are relaxed and generous.  Dinners are served country-house style, seated around a long, sturdy table in our oak panelled dining room.  Celia and Richard’s cooking is famous and comes very highly recommended – come and enjoy it for yourself.

Dinner is £46 per person  and includes a set 3 course menu with tea/coffee afterwards. Please note that this must be pre-booked in advance of your stay. Celia is happy to discuss any allergies of dislikes.

Pre-booking for dinner is essential as our food is sourced and prepared fresh on a daily basis.

Non-residents are welcome for dinner (again, pre-booking is essential).

Relax

After dinner, guests are welcome and encouraged to relax with a drink by a cosy log fire in the comfortable Drawing Room.  Alternatively, enjoy a game of snooker on our full-size table in the Billiards Room, complete with accompanying honesty bar and wide selection of drinks

Private Parties

Craigadam’s dining and billiards rooms are available for hire for private parties of around 12 to 50 guests (seated).  Celia’s always happy to discuss any specific requirements to suit – please contact us for more details.

Testimonials

Set on a farm, this elegant country house offers gracious living and a relaxed environment. The very large bedrooms (most set around a courtyard) are strikingly individual in style, with great attention to detail and comfort. The billiard room has a comprehensive honesty bar, and the panelled dining room, with magnificent 15-seater table, is the setting for excellent meals. Sporting access to 25,000 acres makes this a great place for fishing and outdoor breaks. Click to read The Guardian's full review of Craigadam.
